Biography
Dr. Lydia D’Souza is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. She graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines and completed her Family Medicine residency training at State University of New York at Buffalo. She has been practicing as a primary care physician in an outpatient setting for 13 years. Dr. D’Souza’s aim is to establish long-term relationships with her patients by providing them with comprehensive and quality care. She strives to empower her patients to lead a healthy and well-balanced life by focusing on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, restorative sleep, behavior modifications, and, if necessary, pharmacotherapy.
Apart from work, Dr. D’Souza enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and walking their dog. She is also passionate about gardening and reading.
